I was extremely pleased with the replacement of the roof on my semi-detached bungalow, including replacing the lead flashing and UPVC cladding on the dormer. The team were professional, always on time and cleaned and tidied on completion. The result is really good and i would not hesitate to recomend this firm.

David was very quick to answer my initial enquiry, he called round at the agreed time and date to offer a quote, Once I accepted the quote David had all of the work in place and it only took about a week to be sorted. The lads who done the job were spot on, there was no mess whatsoever and they left my property clean and tidy. Absolutely a first class Company and would definitely recommend Dunelm Roofing to anyone needing work done. Fantastic service, thank you!

Contacted Dunelm following a bad leak on our roof. A repair by the previous owner had left the roof in a bad way.
Dunelm completed a complicated and difficult repair to the gable end of the roof as well as the tiles over the conservatory.
Superb finish and the lads were brilliant.
Can't praise Dunelm high enough.
You will do well to find a better roofing firm.

Work was to carry out repair work to the roof after Storm Arwen and to rectify poor work carried out by the insurance company.
The work was carried out as per the quote and was to a high standard.
Contractors attended on time and were courteous.

The gable end roof tiles and cement work were damaged in a recent storm. I was able to arrange for a visit to assess the damage and get a quote within a week and within a few more days the job has now been completed to a very high standard at the price quoted. The lads who did the work were friendly, courteous and highly efficient. It took just over 4 hours to complete the job and the workmanship is excellent. They also cleared up immaculately when they were finished. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dunelm Roofing and this is the second job they have completed for me in the last 2 years. Excellent all round.

Dunelm completed storm Repairs to my ridge tiles. Once the work began they found the work to be more extensive than expected however they completed all of the work quickly, efficiently and to a very good standard at a good price. The attending team were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout. I would definitely use Dunelm again and recommend to others.

We required a full reslate of our roof, repointing of our chimney stack, repair to a flat roof and guttering cleaned. We received a professional service from start to finish. The estimate provided was detailed and detailed advice was given to any questions we had. The job took four days in total and was professionally completed by a very industrious team of workmen. We have no hesitation in recommending Dunelm roofing and would gladly use their services again.

Dunelm Roofing came recommended by friends and I wasn't disappointed. I was happy with Dave's initial quote to remove unstable ridge tiles from a double pitched garage roof and re-bed them in new sand and cement mortar, with matching coloured dye to blend in with the roof. They were able to fit me into a busy schedule in only 4 weeks and completed the job in 1 day. The lads were great: friendly, polite, efficient and ever so tidy. Workmanship is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in using Dunelm Roofing again. Am really pleased with the end result and happy that the ridge tiles are now very secure.

We have used this company a few times. This last job was to point two very high chimneys. The team begin working as soon as they arrive on site and, apart from a short break for lunch, they never stop until the job is finished and they leave the site clean and tidy.8

I needed someone to look at my roof as there was a problem. I wanted someone who knew what they were doing so checked South Tyneside safe trader site and asked Dunelm Roofing to take a look. They knew what the problem was and what was causing it. Today they came and fixed the problem. I am very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of this company and would recommend them.

To cover board with underlay & finish with felt all applied utilising hot bitumen. To supply & fit fascia covered with UPVC. To fit guttering & down pipe.

I had a leaky roof, the cause was identified and I was given options - a quick fix which might not last or refit the lead in the valley. I chose refit and work was carried out efficiently and the price was as initially quoted.

The work was to install new guttering, fascia boards and downpipes , and to renew poor quality old mortar at the valleys and ridge.
The business is well organised. The workmen arrived when they said they would , then worked quietly and efficiently.
After 25 years of using various other workmen to sort out the problem of the poor quality mortar that the roof was built with , I am now confident that Dunelm have fixed it at their first attempt.

Full width flat roof at the front of the property:- Removed exiting felt, re-boared over the exiting roof increasing the angle of fall. re-felted with hot bitumen, underlay and finished with Green mineral felt.

Excellent service received, job was assessed day after contact was made. Estimated date provided for the work to be done however done quicker than we were expecting! not a big job-some re-pointing, replacement of missing slates and clearing of gutter but very fair price and tidy job. Invoice received on completion, very professional and will use Dunelm again.

From the beginning of our contact with Dunelm Roofing, they were prompt and professional. A quote was given verbally and then confirmed via an email. They were extremely accommodating with regard to the dates on which they were available and managed to fit into our own busy work schedule. The workmen were polite, efficient and extremely tidy, leaving no mess at all at the end of the job. The work itself was done to a high specification and the quote matched the final invoice.
