We initially just wanted the conservatory roof to be changed to a solid roof but then after a conversation with Andy decided to go the whole hog and knock down a wall and refit the kitchen. We explained what we wanted and Andy came up with a plan, work soon started. They were on time and tided up after each day. The wall came down the new roof went up and a brand new kitchen installed. The quality of the kitchen is excellent, far better than B & Q and very reasonably priced. Payment were in instalments which is always a good idea, the job was listed so we knew exactly what we were paying for. Andy managed to complete extra jobs that weren't in his original plan when other trades let us down, which he completed like a true professional. His team showed up when they said they would, completed all the works and we are more than satisfied with the end result. Thank you Andy, Shaun and Jason we'll keep you mind for any other work that comes up.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Andy and his team! From the initial quote stage Andy gave good suggestions and helped me with the design layout of my kitchen/garage conversion. Andy is extremely reliable, he arrived early every day before I went to work so he could keep me informed of what work would be being carried out that day. Nothing is to much trouble, Andy even came round in the evenings at a time that was convenient for me to discuss the progress of the job. The workmanship is second to none, they cleaned up everyday and exceeded my expectations! very professional.

Loft boarded. Skirting fitted in 3 bedrooms and two doorways extending.
Punctual, stuck to price given at quote and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent standard of workmanship! So impressed I've already asked for quotes for other work I require.

From the first contact with Andy the service I received was excellent. He kept me informed about my start date and his specification was itemised and professional. The work consisted of converting a leaky old garage into a painting studio and utility room. This meant replacing roof with tiled apex roof inserting French doors and 4 windows lining and insulating and plaster boarding inside. The result is that I have a lovely airy and light room which has exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this company and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Andy of Assured building services, gave me a quote for fitting my kitchen ,he took his time in going through the plans and made sure we were satisfied with everything. He started the work on time and was eager to make sure we were happy with every stage of the fitting, The quality of his work is excellent and we are delighted with the finished product our kitchen looks lovely.
