We carry out, in the region of, 25 thorough and comprehensive checks on every business applying for membership, including: previous trading history, financial background, director checks, business premises, professional memberships, CCJ’s, criminal history, to name a few. In addition, all businesses have committed to treat their customers fairly and in accordance with our customer charter, code of practice and the law. We work with Trading Standards Services to ensure that only those businesses that can be trusted are members of the Business Approval Register. In addition, we use your feedback to monitor performance. All feedback on this site is verified, before it is published.
