Philip represents the gold standard for paralegal work. He assisted me in a major claim in the High Court and the work he did was absolutely superb.From the beginning of the claim to the settlement of the damages his expertise and guidance helped make the process smooth and gave me the confidence to navigate the legal process and fight the other party (defendant) and their lawyers. Needless to say, I won that case. He is now assisting me further on the costs aspect of that claim.Personally I put Philip's work on the same level as solicitors and his approach is much better than some solicitors who have done work for me in the past. Phil and Whitecollar were consistently excellent, always doing what they said they would do, responding in a timely and reassuring manner. Phil's advice was both comprehensive and well-balanced, showing a thorough understanding of the law. without Phil I would have taken the wrong approach; with Phil I won a tricky, unusual case in the small claims court. Good value for money and affordable. Very impressive service.
