Andy of Renroh has manufactured and fitted beautiful wrought iron railings to the front of our house.At every stage of the process, from visiting to measure up to quote, taking detailed measurements and giving advice prior to manufacture, and to fitting the finished railings Andy has been totally reliable, friendly and professional. He is a real perfectionist and that shows in the finished product, which we are delighted with.We have no hesitation in recommending Andy and will no doubt use his services in the future.

Andy's work was excellent, we could not be more pleased with our new gates. Also, he repaired our other set of gates (which were NOT made or installed by Andy) and they now work properly for the first time since they were fitted. I asked Andy from Renroh engineering for a quote on two sets of gates for my driveway he came and measured up and explained what needed to be done a few hours later gave me a price which I was happy about he kept me up to date while the gates where getting made and the day before they where due for fitment Andy contacted me to give me a time he was due to arrive he kept his promise and within a few hours I have two sets of fantastic gates he even found time to fit a house number plaque I would highly recommend Renroh engineering (Andy) 10/10

Andrew made 2 visits to measure up and answered all our questions and concerns patiently. He arrived to do the work,when he said he would,which is a plus with todays tradesmen. Excellent workmanship and I am delighted with the end product. I have had so many compliments from neighbours how nice the gates and railing look. I did have to wait a while before Andrew could start the job but he was open and honest from the start about his workload. I would recommend Renroh Engineering as a 5 star service.

With previous poor experience of some tradesmen I tentatively contacted Renroh for a quote on gates and railings. I had instant faith in Andy . He has a very professional demeanour and communication style that inspires confidence.Though he obviously knew his trade, he delivered any advice with a respect for customer choice and was happy to go with any wishes I had. He communicated with me throughout the whole process keeping me up to date with where the job was at. He provided pictures and was able to adapt any to my own style. My gates and railings were fitted yesterday . They are stunning and though my walls were uneven, the work was measured and made with such care and precision that compensates for it. I Recently had 2 gates made for my front garden. I was just expecting them to be nice, but they're actually fantastic and really well made. From the start of our contact with Andy, he has been excellent at keeping us informed both by phone and by email, which has been particularly impressive as the work we requested was just as the Coronavirus started in the uk. Our quote was competitive compared to other companies we contacted, and we were impressed that Andy suggested a way to save money with our gates. Andy was very punctual, polite and friendly in person. With regard to the actual workmanship, we absolutely love the gates, exactly what we were after, and I could see that Andy had great attention to detail, making a number of small adjustments to the gates before he was happy to sign off the work. Overall I would highly recommend both Andy as an individual and the product he provided.

I asked for a quote for garden gates. The company was efficient and professional. Andrew was great with his time keeping, always kept me updated on progress. I had a couple of design challenges as my drive way has a slope. Also I needed to be able to keep my puppy in. Andrew addressed this with knowledge and confidence. Youâve done such a superb job on themCanât thank Andrew enough and canât stop admiring them The craftsmanship is beautiful the colour brilliant and as is the design which is so pleasing on the eye I thought they may be a bit skinny as i wanted chunky gates but these have exceeded our expectation and are perfectly aligned in the way he encompassed the curves and straights so they dont look to much or to liitle pattern. They all make the drive look twice as big and look stunning as you drive down the road to appraoch the home. Fantastic workmanship cant recommend this company enough. Helped us design the railing and gates with no pressure of over the top, expensive iron work infact he recommnded the opposite. Easy going guy free estimate and no pressure to to buy didn't hassle us as to if or when we wanted the work doing and as we had to wait for a bricky to widen our wall/drive too he again didn't hassle us but left us to contact him when that had been done. Extremely pleased with eveything, true craftsman and he obviously not only loves his career he's been doing it for years and his excellant 1st class skills cleary show in our new gates and railings.

The gates are tremendous. Andrew worked incredibly hard. We were always kept up to date with progress and the results exceed expectations. The job was a difficult task because of having to take into account slopes going three ways and the trouble that was taken to ensure it went well was exemplary. The result is that we have a strong, substantial set of gates that have added enormously to our property. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. We are delighted with the work.

I asked Andrew if he could supply and fit rails to the front of our elderly (92 and 97) parents house as they were having difficulty getting in and out of the house and using the two steps. After quoting and measuring up Andrew fitted the rails which are excellent quality and tailor made to their requirements. The result is just the job they are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Andrew and Renroh; as his help has now given them their confidence back to be able to come and go out of the house.

Andrew is very reliable and got back to me very quickly following my enquiry. He keeps you informed, answers all queries promptly and has done an excellent job. He is very pleasant and organised, and following the work he sent me photographs the same day of the pond cover fixed and him standing on it.. It looks very good is shaped to fit the pond outline and takes a persons weight easily so it is just what I was looking for.

We have recently had railings fitted on to the walls at the front of our house and we are very impressed with the professionalism and quality of service we have received from Renroh. I initially used the reviews in helping me to decide who to contact as I needed tall 6ft and smaller 4ft gates for my driveway and I would like to support the endorsement given in the other reviews.Andy came and visited the house and did a careful inspection, we then discussed the gate design, which he suggested he modify, giving himself more work, to create a more well balance and attractive gate. His communication, attention to detail and workmanship is first class. He has created beautiful bespoke gates which have been galvanised and powder coated to last for many years. I have no hesitation in recommending him for your project, he has been excellent both in skill, conduct and creative flair.

Superb job, which I cannot fault and not VAT registered, which is a big bonus. We placed the order in November, but the work was not carried out for 3 months as the order books were full but it was well worth the wait.

Great gate designs and well made. We had a set of double side gates fitted at the side of our house, to restrict access to the rear of the house, we didn't want to have to repaint then every year or so and the fact that these gates are both galvanised and powered coated was the best solution. Andy as punctual for the visits to our house as was the delivery and installation date. I would use Renroh again and would recommend then for their products and service.

On our initial meeting Andrew listened to my ideas and requirements regarding our gates, gave good advice as to what would work and took time to explain components. We had a few quotes, Andrews quote was neither the most expensive nor the cheapest, his experience and knowledge and in the product and a fair quote swayed us to choose Renroh. We are so pleased that we did, Andrew estimated a timescale for the work to be completed, and was timely in completing the work, he delivered and product that exceeded all our expectations and we would highly recommend his services.

Excellent and very efficient service. I do not live in the area so it was great to receive photos via email of the work done. Andrew was very helpful and was able to help with some additional work. I will most definitely use the company again. Thankyou so much Andrew.

A wonderful service from Andrew, have used him before and would never use anyone else. I am a disabled vunerable adult and cannot recomend Andrew enough for his honesty and integrity. Love my new gates, so do all my neighbours so have passed on Andrew's number.

Andrew seemed really interested in the project and listended carefully to our requirements coming up with helpful solutions and a good design. We are very pleased with the result. He also responded very quickly when we asked for advice and help after the gates were in place.

I live in a bungalow and right outside the front door there is a small landing area that has 3 steps down to the left. On 2 sides there is a handrail over railings on the remaining side there is a handrail attached to the bungalow wall. The handrail over the railings broke and becuase I walk with a stick and am reliant on the handrail I telephoned Renroh who came out that very same week. He took measurements for both handrails and the gate, which needed replacing. He advised me that there would be a wait for a few weeks due to the number of orders he had but after leaving he fully explained what he was going to do and installed a temporary repair on the handrail. When he returned fitted the 2 handrails and gate with posts. The replacements are more sturdy and look better than the originals. Andrew is a friendly, approachable, reasonably priced, highly skilled tradesman, who in my opinion deserves to retain the Trader of the Year Award.

Andrew did everything he said he would do and more. He listened to our requirements, suggested enhancements and improvements (that actually resulted in a substantially CHEAPER job) and delivered a quality product beyond our expectations. Everything he did smacked of quality and my only concern in recommending his work is that he will be too busy to undertake additional works that we have planned.

The gates I had supplied were manufactured and fitted by Renroh to a tailored design. The quality of service received from Mr Horner was exceptional from start to finish and the overall result is outstanding. I would recommend Renroh as a first port of call for any project requirements you may have, as you won't be disappointed!

Flawless service. Andrew is a credit to himself and the company. Andrew took the time to explain the different options available and was happy to answer questions in detail.He keeps customers informed at every stage.Prompt and very efficient. Installation was carried out in terrible weather but this did not affect the quality of workmanship. Definitely recommend.

I am delighted with my gate and railings, the craftsmanship is second to none. The skill and expertise of the engineer is clearly evident in the fantastic finished work. The engineer did not stop until the job was finished, he worked cleanly and very efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased.

I can recommend Renroh without any reservations. My work was completed by a craftsman, who is a perfectionist, so my gates and railings are decorative as well as being functional. Work completed in accordance with estimate and on time despite working in freezing temperatures.
