Excellent service provided throughout the whole process (administrative to installation). Monarch give sound advice without using the hard sell tactics associated with some companies. The work was completed to a high professional standard with particular attention being paid to the fine finishing detail around the door and side windows and subsequent clean up.

We used Monarch to install our windows, patio doors and front door when we originally moved into our house a number of years ago and the service then was excellent as well as providing a highly competitive quote. Recently the lock on our front door broke and i didn't have any hesitation contacting Monarch to come out and repair. Again, the customer service was first class and the lock was fixed within 20 minutes. In addition, this service was provided free of charge which shows how much they value their customers even though we were fully prepared to pay for it. I have no hesitation in recommending Monarch - i have done this for both sets of parents and my sister, all who have had similar positive experiences with the company.
