Beware of overcharging!! I was not at the property when the work was done, due to familiy illness.I have since learnt that no scafolding was erected but I was charged for it, I was told the work took 2 hours but infact it was 20 mins.I have spoken to Andy the owner who said I have no chance of getting a refund. He was more pleasant when quoting for my businessI was quoted ã528 for a professional job but paid for a 20 min one which was accessed by hiking over the front of my roof - I suppose I am the dumb one here, as I thought that being on the Trading Standards Business Aproval Register, meant this business had integrityREPLY FROM ANDREW LEYLAND Andrew Leyland contacted the Business Approval Register to seek advice about this complaint. He says scaffolding wasn't used due to access problems with the neighbour. Cat ladders were used instead. Additional work was needed to fix the leak and the customer was informed. The customer paid in full. 12 months later the customer says that another roofer claims no work has been done and the customer says the neighbour claims ML roofing were only on the roof for 20 minutes. These allegations are refuted. Andrew Leyland says the roof was repaired and this fixed the leak and the customer was charged a fair price. This customer has now informed Andrew Leyland that he cannot inspect the roof as she has had the chimney stack removed by her other roofer as part of other roof repairs.

If you have a problem with Roof or gutters ..Call Andy and Sean ...They really where the best Tradesmen i have dealt with in a long time. Thank you both of you
