From the initial design phase, Neil was on-board with the project. From the time the building started and beyond it's completion, he's been on hand to answer queries. The work started and was completed in the agreed time, and on budget. The gang worked hard throughout the project which was a full-on two-storey extension to a 1930's 3-bed semi, and worked with us to fix any unforeseen issues that cropped up due to previous work on the house - we hit snags with the roof and stair case which Neil suggested fixes for and even undertook at no extea cost. The end result is an impressive addition to the house which Neil is as keen to see develop!Knowledgeable crew, hard-workers, generally good to have about the house while the work progressed.

Neil took time before starting the job to go through it with me and plan out what was required. He brought forward the date so the new under stair toilet suite was installed as soon as possible after other work had been completed. Overall, fast and efficient, getting it all completed well within timescales. An excellent, personal, service from Neil and his team.

Absolutely delighted with garden room extension. Extremely satisfied with the standard of work carried out. Neil kept us informed at all times and was an excellent liaison point for architect and building inspector. All workman prompt, polite and extremely hard working. We have used Burnett Builders a couple of times now. Highly recommended.

Neil and his team are on time and good at their work. He is flexible and makes sure the job is done. His work is definitely value for money and pricing is reasonable. His ideas for alterations. show his experience. i would recommend him for any building work.
