All of registered businesses are required to have a customer complaints procedure in place and must supply their customers’ with the Customer Charter which explains the process for making a complaint.
Whilst many complaints can be resolved without any intervention, disputes can arise whereby neither party can find a solution that they are both happy with. In these circumstances we will provide support and assistance to you to ensure that you achieve a satisfactory resolution to your complaint.
